Words to Live By
"Don't wait for something big to occur. Start where you are, with what you have, and that will always lead you into something greater."
-- Mary Morrissey
The Lord will guide you always; He will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.
-- Isaiah 58:11
Welcome
I'm glad you stopped by for a visit.
As a freelance writer my articles appear in book anthologies and magazines worldwide. My work has appeared in Focus on the Family, The Upper Room, and Light & Life, among other publications. I write to encourage people to find hope in the midst of their circumstances. What I offer you the reader, is honest, transparent words about the grit and grace of everyday living. Much of what I write grows out of my personal journey as a wife, mother, and grandmother.
